DAA Scholarship Nomination Form

We are so honored to be able to offer TWO fully sponsored memberships for the 2026-2027 year.

This includes membership and insurance. 

​

Each Sponsorship recipient will be given a number to protect their privacy.  These numbers will be drawn at random on October 1st at AGM  and recipients will be notified on Sept 30th via email.
