The Doula Association of Alberta is not affiliated with any single training organization. However, we are happy to offer information about several trainings which have been previously approved by DAA to hold membership and insurance benefits.  Explore the many options for training below to find a program that aligns with your values and needs as you embark on your doula career.

We honour and respect the histories, languages, cultures, knowledge, and enduring presence of Indigenous Peoples and communities.

We offer this land acknowledgement as an expression of gratitude and as part of our ongoing responsibility to listen, learn, build respectful relationships, and support reconciliation.

As a doula community, we also acknowledge and honour the generations of Indigenous people who have held knowledge, provided care, and supported their communities through birth, family and reproductive experiences, loss, death, ceremony, and other significant life transitions.
