Join or renew your annual DAA membership to access member benefits, professional support, education, and apply for the DAA Group Professional Liability insurance.
This membership is for doulas who carry their own professional liability insurance through another provider but want to enjoy all the benefits of DAA membership.
This membership recognizes Indigenous traditional birth and postpartum practices. Eligible members recieve full DAAmembership, with insurance training requirements waived.
Reduced memship fees are available partway through the membership year, so you can begin enjoying DAA member benefits without waiting until the next renewal cycle.
Who qualifies for Membership?
Membership for practicing doulas who meet the requirements and uphold the DAA Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics.

Purchace your membership and complete your application.
You'll recieve a welcome email with your member login, next steps, and everything you need to know.
Once your membership is active, we'll verify it and submit your information to prolink so you're eligible for the DAA group rate.
While your insurance is being processed, you can login to explore member resources, education replays, and community benefits.
Prolink will send you your professional insurance offer.Simply review your coverage and complete your purchace.
Once your policy is issued, you'll receive confirmation of your coverage and can practice with confidence.
Training Requirements
We recognise training that meets or exceeds the following standards.
A minimum of 16 hours of instructional hours
