Refund & Cancellation Policy – Doula Association of Alberta

We value transparency and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

  • If you're experiencing issues with your membership access or benefits, please contact us at hello@doulaassociationofalberta.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Events, Workshops & Trainings

  • Refunds and cancellations for any events, workshops, or trainings will be subject to the specific terms listed at the time of registration.

  • In most cases, event tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another participant if requested in writing.

  • For questions or assistance with event registrations, please contact us.

Products or Merchandise

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or sent in error.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy – Doula Association of Alberta

At the Doula Association of Alberta (DAA), we are committed to delivering services, memberships, and products in a timely and transparent manner. Please review the information below to understand how and when you can expect to receive your purchase.

Memberships

  • Membership access is granted immediately upon successful payment.

  • Members will receive a confirmation email with login details and information about available benefits.

Events, Trainings & Workshops

  • Registration confirmations are sent via email after payment is processed.

  • Event details, schedules, and access information (if applicable) will be sent out prior to the event date, typically within 7–10 days of the scheduled event.

  • Most of our events are in-person unless otherwise noted as virtual.

Products & Merchandise

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping times may vary based on location and availability.

  • A tracking number will be provided when available.

  • Digital products (e.g., PDFs, toolkits) will be delivered via email or download link immediately or within 24 hours.
